DSP provides automotive paint and refinishing work. This site lets you see service estimates, request an appointment, pay a deposit to reserve your slot, and track the status of your job.

Prices shown on this site are estimate ranges to give you a general idea of cost. They are not firm quotes. The final price is confirmed after DSP sees your vehicle in person, since the real scope depends on the condition of the panel and the work required.

Booking through the site sends DSP a request for the date and turnaround you choose. A deposit reserves your appointment slot and is applied toward your final total. Deposits and payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit holds your appointment slot and covers the scheduling and materials DSP sets aside for your job. If you need to reschedule, contact DSP as early as you can and we will do our best to move your slot to another date.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Please use this site only to book and manage genuine services. Do not misuse it, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to submit false or fraudulent bookings.

Payments and deposits are handled by Stripe. When you pay, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. DSP does not see or store your full card details.

DSP stands behind its work and aims to deliver quality results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its content are provided as is, and DSP is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
