We only collect what we need to book and complete your service:

• Account details. Your name and email when you create an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name and email) instead of a password.
• Booking details. Your vehicle, the service you request, your preferred dates, contact information, and the status of your job.
• Payment details. Deposits and payments are handled securely by Stripe. DSP never sees or stores your full card number.
• Basic technical data. The cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard information your browser sends, like device and browser type.

• To schedule, quote, and complete your service.
• To communicate with you about your booking and its status.
• To process deposits and payments through Stripe.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.

With your permission, we may send you email and browser notifications about your booking, such as when your vehicle is ready for pickup. You can turn these off at any time.

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.
• We only share it with the services that run this site on our behalf: our website platform (Base44) for hosting and accounts, Stripe for payments, and Google if you sign in with Google.

We keep your account and booking information for as long as you have an account with us and as long as we need it for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

• You can ask to see or delete the information we hold about you.
• You can turn off email and browser notifications at any time.
• You can close your account by contacting us.

This site is intended for adults booking automotive services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy as the business grows or the law changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
